Teak Decking
Teak Marine custom-makes gorgeous decking to enhance the look, pleasure and value of your yacht.
Our teak decking systems:
- ensure a watertight fit
- all seams and joints are caulked with the finest materials available
- we custom order any thickness or width
- minimal or no screws are used in deck installations
- private label marine epoxy is used that has been tested in extreme cold and hot temperatures
The decking is available in either straight or sprung planks. The latter is made with curved battens to follow the curve of the hull or cabin house.
All of the decks are made from quarter sawn Tectona grandis - the best teak available.
The decks are shipped pre-fabricated which significantly reduces installation time and sanding as 95% of the work is done prior to shipping on our lofting floor.
Decks are available in a kit form - we will build to your template and ship a crate with all materials in. Also available in turn-key fashion where technicians will template your vessel, fabricate the deck and install it on site.
Teak Cabin Sole
Teak Marine fabricates beautiful interior floors for all sizes and styles of yachts.
Our pre-fabricated system enables Teak Marine to have a new floor installed in minimal time. Our clients can choose from a variety of exotic woods to match or make a new cabin sole. The layout for the interior can either be straight or sprung planking. The seams can be made from beautiful woods such as holly, walnut or maple.
Floors are available in a kit form - we will build to your template and ship a crate with all materials in. Also available in turn key fashion where technicians will template your vessel, fabricate the deck and install it on site.
Note: we do not sell or work with teak plywoods for flooring. The reason is they are too thin and will sand out in no time. Only 100% hardwood is used.
Swim Steps
Teak Marine specializes in world-class custom swim platforms. Our decks start with a width of 8 feet and range all the way up to 26 feet. They can be straight planks or a grid pattern in the middle of the margin boards. Most are 1" thick with a bull nose of 1 3/4".
Whether you own a wakeboard boat or build mega yachts, we can fabricate the exact swim step for your needs.
