We work with yacht builders, private owners, and refit yards to design custom teak decks that are produced at our 10,000 square ft. facility that can either be installed by Teak Marine experts or shipped directly to the client. Our 4,000 square ft. lofting floor can replicate almost any yacht deck configuration allowing us to customize the most precise and pre-tested fit.

Teak Marine products and servicing are much sought after by builders like Trinity Yachts, San Juan, Cabo and Marquis Yachts, to name a few.

We offer three levels of service, depending on your needs, timelines and budgets:

1. Full Installation - Teak Marine technicians will template your vessel, ship the patterns to the factory and provide the teak decking installation onsite.
2. Teak Decking Kits - Built from your template, complete pre-fabricated teak deck and related materials are shipped to you or your representative for installation.
3. Decking Materials - Everything you need to build and install a custom teak deck. Provide us with the square footage and complexity from a drawing. A bill of materials will be created using our finest teak materials that will be shipped directly to your facility or boat.

No project leaves our factory without being precision milled into a top quality product capable of withstanding extreme elements and wear.

The process starts with our President, Paul Tufts flying to Asia quarterly to source only the highest quality teak. He personally visits the saw mills, grades and selects the wood for your project to ensure the highest quality product. Teak Marine is renowned for its hand-selection of every piece of material - only golden, top grade, quarter sawn, vertical grain, Tectona Grandis Asian teak is used on your yacht.

Our wood products are designated as "legally harvested" and fully documented. Teak Marine is working towards the goal of having all teak come from fully sustainable sources to better protect and ensure future supplies of this amazing nautical resource.
